7. SavePin’s DMCA Processing Procedure

After receiving a valid DMCA notice:

  1. We will review the accuracy of the notice.

  2. If valid, we will disable access or process the relevant URL.

  3. We will respond to the sender of the notice.

  4. If a mistake occurs, users may submit a “Counter-Notice” (if applicable).

8. Counter-Notice
